We have joined forces with Business Link North West in the UK to gain access to funding. The funding is available for any business wanting to develop their leaders and has two levels. There is a £500 grant towards development which would pretty much pay for our  mini executive coaching process. For companies willing to take leadership development one step further there is a funding match up to £1000 i.e. if you pay £1000 for Leadership development there is funding available to match that with another £1000. So for a £1000 investment in your leaders you can get up to £2500 to spend on leadership development.

    Online Competency Based Interview Training

    One of the most difficult challenges when delivering interview training is getting the balance right between theoretical positioning and practical application. We understand the need for delegates to have a clear theoretical understanding of interviewing concepts which is why we have decided to offer these theoretical insights online. Delegates will be able to complete a series of workbooks to enable them to understand the concepts of competency based interviewing prior to having a practical day to make the most of applying their skills. So we can ensure delegates understand the theory there are a series of quizzes to complete. This releases us from the need to deliver theoretical concepts when meeting delegates face to face and allows us to concentrate on the practical application.

    The technical delivery of this online training is designed to be ‘retro-tech’. Delegates can either read the workbooks via a web page or download it in a ‘pdf’ file for off line reading. The quizzes and the videos are accessed via the web page.

    Three Zone High Level Team Development

    This is a six month programme designed to challenge and stretch your top team and develop their understanding of each other, the team they operate in and the wider strategic application of all their resources. Teams attend each ‘Zone’ in turn and commit to completing assignments in between each of the three ‘Zones’. The final Strategy Zone builds on each of the other workshops and identifies a way in which the team can drive the organisation forwards whilst supporting and challenging each other.
     
    The Individual Zone - Concentrates on each team member and provides an opportunity to reflect on their strengths and limitations Using a range of world class psychometric tools and a world beating view of leadership we will provide the top team with a thought provoking and stimulating event with clear outcomes that will help team members to align their attributes with the attributes needed in their role and as a leader of a dynamic, fast growing organisation. 
     
    The Team Zone - Making full use of the psychometric tools and theories of leadership used in The Individual Zone we will provide a comprehensive picture of the strengths and limitations of the top team and highlight the implications for future progression to the challenging goals of the organisation. For some this part of the process will be a difficult time as they grapple with the intricacies of team dynamics whilst delivering on real commercial goals. We will be available to offer support and coaching to ensure team members successfully complete this challenging three day workshop
     
    The Strategy Zone - Using real life issues we will help the top team to utilise some of the most effective and innovative techniques to address these issues. We will show you how to use a range of strategic decision making and problem solving techniques to create a clear and dynamic vision to communicate and embed into the organisation. Our philosophy is to leave you with the tools to take the lessons learned in these three zones and use them effectively and successfully in leading the organisation towards clear goals. This three day workshop will provide practical skills and facilitate a safe environment in which to practice these skills.

    Communication and Emotional Intelligence Experience

    So what’s the deal, an actor and a psychologist working together? Working with John Cremer, founder of the ‘May Day’s’ “the UK’s freshest and funniest improvisation company”. Balancing the best in Occupational Psychology and organisational knowledge with the finesse and fun of life like scenarios for people to practice their behavioural approach. This is a highly experiential process in which simple tools are learned and applied in a series of increasingly challenging exercises Innovative and fun drama based activities to help delegates practice and review their desired behaviour. We use:

  • Challenging case study discussions to help identify emotional intelligence levels in others
